The Neighbourhood–“Sweater Weather,” from the album I Love You (2013).
I’ve just been in a Mushroomhead mood lately. Enjoy!
Mushroomhead–“Save Us/Embrace the Ending,” from the album Savior Sorrow (2006).
Almost Kings: “I Got Her,” from the album Hear Me Out (2013).
I don’t know what it is about Aesthetic Perfection, but I adore them.
Aesthetic Perfection’s “Big Bad Wolf” from the album ‘Til Death (2014).
I took this video at the show in Huntsville last week. As mentioned in the description, the sound quality is a bit rough, but I really love what I was able to capture, especially the moments of M. Shadows standing in front of a crowd all pumping their fists in unison!
Avenged Sevenfold: “Hail to the King,” from the album of the same name, performed live at the Von Braun Center, Propst Arena.
After seeing them play this live, and hearing the audience almost drown Myles Kennedy out with their singing, I have a whole new love for it…
Alter Bridge: “Broken Wings” from the album One Day Remains (2004)
I am now exactly one week away from seeing these guys live!!!!!! So, here’s another “Song of the Week” that features Alter Bridge. =)
Alter Bridge: “Cry of Achilles.” From the album Fortress (2013).
I figured since I’m going to see them in a couple of weeks, I should honor them on my blog.
Alter Bridge–“Blackbird” from the album of the same name, performed live at Wembley. Y’all can’t possibly imagine how much I love that Myles plays the riff of “Blackbird” by The Beatles at the opening.
I saw Fuel three nights ago and a friend of mine serenaded me with this song, so how could I not choose it as my song of the week? Ha ha!
Fuel’s “Shimmer” from the album Sunburn (1998)
Slash ft. Myles Kennedy & the Conspirators: “Bad Rain.” From the album Apocalyptic Love (2012).
